Kirchner thrives in environments where she can be a resource and a problem solver. In 2023, she launched her boutique booking and management business, Katie K Wrangles, on the back of a nomination for IBMA’s Industry Involvement Award. She stays busy running stage crews at festivals, creating new relationships in the industry, and advocating for creators who work hard at their craft.
