LOUISE BAKER
Before coming over to Rockwood Booking, Louise managed and booked acoustic artists throughout the country under her company Baker Booking. In addition to her role as agent, Louise is also a Rockwood Coach. She coaches new and established artists on best practices for growth and success in the touring music industry.
Katie Kirchner
Following 15 years in an executive leadership position in the field of Senior Living, music became a larger part of Katie’s daily life around the time COVID was happening. She was performing and touring as well as managing Full Cord since 2008. Leading a group of musicians was very natural to her and she was encouraged by the group and those in the industry to push forward with band management and more industry involvement.
Very quickly after that decision was made she connected with Becky Buller in 2022 and decided to dive in head first. In 2023, she was nominated for the IBMA Industry Involvement award and started her booking/management business, Katie K Wrangles, that same week.
Katie thrives in an environment of being a resource and a problem solver, utilizing the many friends and resources she has made over the years. She is a mom of two kids and two dogs and lives near the beach in Grand Haven, MI with her husband Todd (Full Cord). You can find her running stage crews at festivals, creating new relationships and connections while advocating for the music and the creators that work so hard in their craft.
Ash Wright
Ash Wright has worn many hats in the music industry as an artist manager, tour manager, musician, and booking agent. Wright is the co-founder of Carolina Ramble Productions (est. 2019) alongside her long time friend and collaborator David Brewer.
Ash has spent the last five years working in artist management with artists like Palmyra, Alexa Rose, and Altameda. She is also a long-time musician and performs under the name "Earleine."
With her well rounded experience as an industry professional, Ash approaches her agent work with empathy, knowledge, and care.

SIDD KALSTROM
From the over 200 Grateful Dead shows attended before Jerry Garcia passed, to the 13+ years of work in the music industry, Sidd Kalstrom brings a tremendous amount of experience, passion, and expertise to Rockwood Booking.
The Sacramento, CA native found a love for live event production by attending such shows as Pink Floyd (x2), Elton John, String Cheese Incident (x60), and the aforementioned Grateful Dead (x206). Quite often, Sidd would attend these shows with his parents and stay late to watch the crew tear down after a 3-night run—creating an instant fascination with the intricacies of putting on a live performance.
Sidd developed his craft by strategically representing incredible West Coast talent starting in 2011 while working with In The Pocket Artists. In 2013, he formed his own agency Blue Sun Entertainment with friend and business partner Reid Foster, who currently represents some of the finest Reggae talent with Ineffable Management. Sidd has helped develop the careers of artists like Fruition, The Lil’ Smokies, and Scott Pemberton. After fostering a strong working relationship with Brian Swenk, Sidd Kalstrom has decided to merge Blue Sun Artists with Rockwood Booking. This collaboration feels like a long time coming and he is excited to continue this journey!

Born and raised in New York City, David has always had a love for the arts. From an early age he’s been in various bands and has written numerous songs. After graduating from Fordham University with a degree in Communications, David toured with his solo project and worked as an early childhood music educator.
In 2017, he relocated across the country to Portland, OR and hit the ground running. David continued being an educator for Portland Public Schools and teaching music lessons on the side. During the pandemic, he co- founded the nonprofit Curbside Serenade which curates donation-based live performances in city parks, pedestrian plazas, and of course, curbsides.
