Becky Buller


Becky Buller is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter from St. James, Minnesota who has traversed the globe performing bluegrass music to underwrite her insatiable songwriting habit.

Buller is the recipient of 10 International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) awards, including the 2016 Fiddler and Female Vocalist of the Year. She is the first woman in the history of the awards to receive the Fiddler nod; she is also the first person ever to win in both vocal and instrumental categories. Her other awards include the 2020 Collaborative Recording for “The Barber’s Fiddle” and the 2020 Song for co-writing and fiddling on Special Consensus’ “Chicago Barn Dance.”

Becky Buller is a Dark Shadow Recording artist and has many chart topping bluegrass albums. She continues to steal the scene and sell out shows around the country. Her recent album Jubilee is topping charts and got the attention of Billboard Magazine and No Depression.

A prolific songwriter, her songs can be heard on Grammy award-winning albums by Molly Tuttle,  Infamous Stringdusters, Travelin' McCoury's, Special Consensus, Rhonda Vincent, Doyle Lawson & many more. Buller’s resume of festivals played include Telluride BG Festival, Pickin’ In The Pines, Thomas Point Beach BG Festival, Pagosa, MerleFest, Delaware Valley BG Festival, Freshgrass, and she was Artist in Residence for Big Mouth BG Fest at The Caverns.
